中分辨率航空航天倾斜摄影在河北省实景三维试点建设的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国非建成区缺乏高精度、高辨识度三维场景的问题,本文提出利用中分辨率航空航天倾斜摄影三维重建地理场景的解决方案。利用0.5 m地面分辨率的航空航天倾斜摄影开展河北省实景三维试点建设项目,从倾斜摄影三维的关键技术、性价比等方面进行翔实的分析。结果表明,利用成本可控的、高精度的、高辨识度的中分辨率航空航天倾斜摄影三维产品能够用于“实景三维中国”中地形级地理场景的建设。 Aiming at the problem of lacking high-precision and high-recognition three-dimensional(3D)scenes for non-built-up areas in China,in this paper,a solution for 3D reconstruction of geographic scenes was proposed with medium-resolution aerospace oblique photography.The aerospace oblique photography with ground resolution of 0.5 m was carried out for 3D construction project in Hebei Province,a detailed analysis was developed from the key technologies and cost-effectiveness of oblique photography 3D.The analysis results showed that the cost-controllable,high-precision medium-resolution aerospace oblique photography 3D product could be applied for the construction of terrain-level geographic scenes in"Real scene 3D China".
