自然资源执法监察综合管理平台建设

The construction of comprehensive management platform for natural resources law enforcement and supervision

为实现自然资源执法监察工作的精准化、智能化和高效化管理,提出了构建一套自然资源执法监察综合管理平台的建设思路。本文综合运用地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网、移动互联、高精度定位以及移动互联等先进技术,优化了自然资源执法监察工作流程,构建了自然资源执法监察“一张图”数据库,搭建了自然资源执法监察综合管理平台,实现了自然资源执法监察成果展示、查询和统计,违法案件全周期管理、执法监察全流程管理以及移动巡查执法等功能,有效提高了执法监察工作的管理水平。

In order to realize the accurate,intelligent and efficient management of natural resources law enforcement and supervision,the construction idea of constructing a set of comprehensive management platform of natural resources law enforcement and supervision was put forward.In this paper,the integrated use of geographic information system(GIS),Internet,mobile Internet,high precision positioning and mobile Internet and other advanced technology,optimize the natural resources law enforcement supervisory work process a database of natural resources law enforcement supervision"picture"was built,and a comprehensive management of natural resources law enforcement supervision platform was set up,which realized the natural resources law enforcement supervision results display,query and statistics,the whole cycle management of illegal cases,the whole process management of law enforcement supervision and mobile inspection and the law enforcement functions effectively improve the management level of law enforcement supervision.
