摘要
在国土空间规划改革的大背景下,构建国土空间规划动态监测评估系统已成为国土空间规划管理体系的四大子系统之一。本文梳理了新时期国土空间规划体系对动态监测评估的要求,探讨了利用先进技术,在国土空间基础信息平台的基础上,构建市级国土空间规划“一张图”实施监测评估管理系统,并重点阐述了系统实现的数据收集、整理及处理技术、指标库管理技术、模型库管理技术以及监测结果智能化分析技术四大核心关键技术,为其他城市开展此项工作提供借鉴作用。
Under the background of the reform of territorial space planning,the construction of dynamic monitoring and evaluation system of territorial space planning has become one of the four subsystems of territorial space planning management system.In this paper,it was summarized the requirements of the territorial space planning system for dynamic monitoring and evaluation in the new era,the use of advanced technology was discussed based on the territorial space basic information platform,the construction of municipal territorial space planning"one map"implementation monitoring and evaluation management system.Four key technologies,including data collection,sorting and processing technology,index database management technology,model database management technology and intelligent analysis technology of monitoring results,were emphasized,which could provide reference for other cities to carry out this work.
