摘要
食物浪费是一项世界性议题,作为食物浪费最重要的构成与来源,居民家庭场所的食物浪费受到了高度重视。通过梳理国内外文献,介绍和总结了家庭食物浪费研究的最新进展。大多数研究来自发达国家,关于发展中国家的文献较少;对食物浪费不一,获取食物浪费数据的主要方法有五种,分为间接法和直接法两大类;影响家庭食物浪费的因素十分广泛,但是未形成统一的理论框架;家庭食物浪费不仅威胁粮食安全,而且会造成巨大的经济损失和显著的负面环境效应。最后,结合已有文献和中国实际,展望了后续研究。
Food waste is a worldwide issue.As the most important component of food waste,food waste in households has received a lot of attention.By combing demestic and foreign literature,this paper introduces and summarizes the latest developments in household food waste.The study found that most researches come from developed countries,and there is relatively little literature on developing countries.There are different understandings on the connotation of food waste.There are five main methods of obtaining food waste data,which are divided into indirect and direct categories.There are a wide range of factors affecting food waste,but no unified theoretical framework has been formed.Household food waste not only poses a threat to food,but also brings huge economic losses and significant negative environmental effects.Finally,based on the existing literature and the actual situation in China,this paper make prospect on follow-up studies.
