细节优化护理联合互联网延续性护理在慢性肾脏病患者自体动静脉内瘘中的应用效果观察

Detail optimization and the continuous internetnursing mode promoting the autogenous arteriovenous fistula maturationin patients with chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨细节优化护理联合互联网延续性护理在慢性肾脏病患者自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年2月在右江民族医学院附属医院肾内科住院的拟行自体动静脉内瘘成形术的100例慢性肾脏病患者,采用随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察各50例。对照组采取传统护理模式,观察组采取细节优化护理联合互联网延续性护理。对比两组患者AVF成熟时间、术后早期并发症和护理满意度。结果:观察组AVF成熟时间和首次使用时间短于对照组,术后早期并发症发生率低于对照组,血流量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对AVF知识的了解、宣教方式和AVF功能锻炼的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节优化护理模式可促进慢性肾脏病患者AVF成熟,缩短首次使用时间,提高首次穿刺成功率,且并发症较少,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the the application effect of optimized nursing and Internet continuity care model in autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods This prospective study selected 100 patients with chronic kidney disease who were planned to undergo AVF angioplasty from February 2019 to February 2021 hospitalized in our department as the research object.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table,each group with 50 cases.The control group adopted the traditional nursing mode,while the observation group adopted detailed detail optimization and the continuous Internetnursing mode.The maturation time of AVF,early postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The maturation time of AVF and the time of first use in the observation group was shorter than that of in the control group,but the incidence of early postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,and the blood flow was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the knowledge of AVF,the way of education,and AVF functional exercise than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail optimization and the continuous Internetnursing mode can promote the maturation of AVF in patients with chronic kidney disease,shorten the time of first use,improve the success rate of first puncture,and have fewer complications,which is worthy of application and promotion in the hospital.
