龙血竭极细粉在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of Ultra-fine powder of Resina Draconis in cases with lumbar disc herniation of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type

中医学上将腰椎间盘突出症归于“痹证”范畴,以气滞血瘀型为常见。目前腰椎间盘突出症治疗上有手术及非手术治疗。中医非手术治疗中的中药内服以其副作用小、临床疗效确切而广受欢迎。龙血竭的功效主要是止血敛疮、活血化瘀、去腐生肌,但临床上对其活血化瘀作用分析观察少。极细粉剂型中药具有有效摄入浓度高、服用方便等特点,是当前的研究热点之一。本文就气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中,对龙血竭极细粉在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用进行综述,以期为进一步临床研究提供理论依据。

In traditional Chinese medicine,Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)is mostly classified as“arthralgia syndrome”,with qi-stagnation and blood stasis as the common type.At present,there are surgical and non-surgical treatments for LDH.Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the non-surgical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is popular because of its small side effects and definite clinical efficacy.Resina Draconis mainly has the effects of hemostasis,healing sores,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing saprophytic muscle,but the clinical analysis and observation on its effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are few.The ultra-fine powder of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of high effective intake concentration and convenient administration,which is one of the research hotspots at present.Based on the relevant mechanism in the treatment of LDH of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type,this paper discusses and summarizes the application of ultra-fine powder of Resina Draconis in the treatment of cases with LDH of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further clinical research.
