摘要 急性肺栓塞临床误诊、漏诊率较高,且其心电图呈下壁、右心导联ST段抬高病例少见。本文回顾性分析了1例急性肺栓塞心电图呈下壁、右室导联S T段抬高患者的诊断、治疗、结局以及相关文献复习,探讨急性肺栓塞的诊断和治疗要点,总结经验教训。
