摘要 视觉图像处理技术在智能化皮革设备的排版、轮廓检测、切割等方面发挥着重要作用。图像处理算法作为技术实现的根本,是设备智能化与数字化升级的关键。本文介绍了智能化的皮革切割设备的视觉处理系统,从图像滤波、二值化和形态学滤波等几方面探究了皮革轮廓的提取算法,为后续皮革样品的配准与切割轨迹的确定奠定基础。重点研究了皮革自适应视觉图像处理切割算法,依据皮革切割轨迹的生成流程,利用Hu矩计算皮革样品轮廓特征值,获得与之对应的系统皮革模板,以最小外接圆的算法获得欧式变换矩阵,通过该矩阵将系统中视觉图像的切割轨迹转化为实际的智能设备的切割轨迹。 Visual image processing technology plays an important role in typesetting,contour detection,cutting and other aspects of intelligent leather equipment.Image processing algorithm,as the foundation of technology implementation,is the key to the intellectualization and digital upgrading of equipment.This paper introduced the visual processing system of intelligent leather cutting equipment,and explored the extraction algorithm of leather contour from the aspects of image filtering,binarization and morphological filtering,which lay a foundation for the subsequent registration of leather samples and the determination of cutting trajectory.This paper focused on the leather adaptive visual image processing and cutting algorithm.According to the generation process of the leather cutting trajectory,the Hu moment was used to calculate the contour eigenvalue of the leather sample,and the corresponding system leather template was obtained.The euclidean transformation matrix was obtained by the algorithm of minimum circumscribed circle.Through this matrix,the cutting trajectory of the visual image in the system was transformed into the cutting trajectory of the actual intelligent device.
