摘要
皮革行业智慧物流体系建设与完善,是实现皮革产品高效流通的关键。本文基于当前我国皮革产业物流应用现状,对皮革企业智慧物流框架中的过程控制技术、智能识别技术、数据挖掘技术、GIS技术等进行了总结性分析。构建了一种能够实现追踪监控、车辆调度、智能仓储等功能的皮革企业智慧物流应用体系,并对该体系软/硬件系统的设计、实现与优化思路进行总结,旨在为我国皮革产业物流体系发展提供借鉴。
The construction and improvement of smart logistics system in leather industry are the key to realize efficient circulation of leather products.Based on the current situation of logistics application in China's leather industry,this paper summarized and analyzed the process control technology,intelligent identification technology,data mining technology,GIS technology and so on in the intelligent logistics framework of leather enterprises.A smart logistics application system for leather enterprises that can realize tracking and monitoring,vehicle scheduling,intelligent warehousing and other functions were constructed,and the design,implementation and optimization ideas of the software/hardware system of the system were summarized.It aims to provide reference for the development of logistics system in China's leather industry.
