摘要
当前电商产业蓬勃发展,改变了消费者的购物习惯和生活方式,通过线上线下相结合的新零售,让传统皮革制品行业觅得新商机。电商打破了传统的营销思路,实现了全渠道营销,背后需要快递物流配送的强大支撑,因此,控制物流的成本及选择什么类型的运输方式是企业需要去斟酌的事情。本文分析了电商优势及皮革制品市场现状,详细梳理了国内外控制物流成本的研究现状,以及皮革制品行业在电商背景下所面临的问题,并在此基础上有针对性地提出合理的建议,为我国皮革制品流通理清了短板及改进思路,为促进我国皮革制品发展提供借鉴。
At present,the booming e-commerce industry has changed consumers'shopping habits and lifestyle.Through the combination of online and offline new retail,the traditional leather products industry has found new business opportunities.E-commerce has broken the traditional marketing idea and realized omni channel marketing,which requires the strong support of express logistics distribution.Therefore,controlling the cost of logistics and choosing transportation mode are things that enterprises should consider.This paper analyzed the advantages of e-commerce and the current situation of leather products market,combed in detail the research status of controlling logistics costs at home and abroad,as well as the problems that the leather products industry needs to face under the background of e-commerce,and put forward reasonable suggestions on this basis,which clarifies the shortcomings and improvement ideas for the circulation of leather products in China,and provides reference for promoting the development of leather products in China.
