空气污染治理的社会安全效应研究——基于犯罪的视角

深入探究影响社会安全的环境因素,发掘空气污染治理的社会安全效应,对于筑牢社会安全屏障,建设更高水平的平安中国,不断增强人民群众获得感、幸福感和安全感具有重要意义。从犯罪视角分析“十三五”期间空气污染治理对社会安全的积极效应。利用地级市空气污染和犯罪的日度和年度数据,估计空气污染治理对地区犯罪的影响作用,并从个体心理角度进行机制验证。

It is of great significance to deeply explore the positive social effects of air pollution governance,which plays an important part in constructing a solid national security barrier,building a higher level of safety China,and constantly enhancing the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.This paper analyzes the positive effects of air pollution governance on social security during the 13th Five-Year Plan period from the perspective of crime.We estimated the influence of air pollution governance on regional crime based on the daily and annual data of air pollution and crime in prefecture-level cities,and verified the mechanism from the perspective of individual psychology.
