摘要
本文在ANSYS FLUENT软件中建立烘干塔干燥段的简化模型,采用标准湍流模型和传热模型对干燥段进行数值模拟,对干燥段内温度场和速度场进行分析,通过改变进口热风的风速和角状盒的大小来判断影响流场内温度、速度及其不均匀度的因素,为烘干设备的优化和进一步完善开发提供依据和参考。
In this paper, a simplified model of the drying section of the drying tower is established in ANSYS FLUENT software, the standard turbulence model and heat transfer model are used to simulate the drying section numerically, and the temperature field and velocity field in the drying section are analyzed. The size of the angular box can be used to judge the factors affecting the temperature, speed and its non-uniformity in the flow field, and provide a basis and reference for the optimization and further development of drying equipment.
