针对散粮装车漏斗日常使用中竖梯在叉车叉移过程中经常性损坏、平台积料清理困难、弧形门电动推杆频繁性损坏以及抑尘效果差的问题,通过对各类问题产生的原因进行分析研究,采取改移竖梯位置、更换平台底板、加装互锁限位以及更换防风抑尘网4项措施,提高了散粮装车漏斗的安全性和完好率,延长了设备使用寿命,减轻维修和操作人员的工作强度,减少设备扬尘,对相关漏斗设备设计和改造具有一定的指导意义。

In view of the problems that the vertical ladder in the daily use of the bulk grain loading hopper is often damaged during the forklift moving process, the platform accumulation is difficult to clean, the arc door electric push rod is frequently damaged, and the dust suppression effect is poor. The cause of the problem is analyzed and researched, and four measures such as replacing the platform bottom plate, installing the interlocking limit, replacing the wind and dust suppression net are taken, and which improves the safety and integrity rate of the bulk grain loading funnel and prolongs the equipment. It improves the safety and integrity rate of the bulk grain loading hopper, prolongs the service life of the equipment, reduces the work intensity of maintenance and operators, and reduces equipment dust, which has certain guiding significance for the design and transformation of related hopper equipment.
