摘要
小蓟是一种分布广泛的可食用野菜,同时具有很高的药用价值,近年来受到研究人员的广泛关注。本文对近年来所发现的小蓟的活性成分进行了总结归纳,概述了小蓟在凝血、心血管系统、抗菌消炎等方面的作用,期望能为以后的研究提供一定的参考,为开发小蓟的功能性食品提供依据。
Cirsium setosum is a widely distributed edible wild vegetable in China. At the same time, it has high medicinal value. In recent years, it has attracted more and more attention of researchers. This paper summarizes the active components of thistle found in recent years, and summarizes the pharmacological effects of Cirsium setosum in coagulation,cardiovascular system, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. It is expected to provide reference value for future research and provide basis for the development of functional food of Cirsium setosum.
