摘要
食品安全素养是落实“健康中国”和“食品安全”国家战略的必然要求,高职学生处于意识培养的关键阶段,形成良好的食品安全素养将有利于带动全社会食品安全水平的提升。本文对江苏农牧科技职业学院学生食品安全素养现状进行调查,并针对调研现状提出了食品安全素养提升的若干策略,以供参考。
Food safety literacy is an inevitable requirement for implementing the national strategies of “Healthy China” and “Food Safety”, higher vocational students are in the critical stage of consciousness cultivation, the formation of food safety literacy will improve the food safety level of the whole society. This paper investigates the current situation of food safety literacy of students in Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College, and puts forward some strategies for improving food safety literacy for reference.
