摘要 目的:通过超声波辅助法优化鱼腥草黄酮的提取条件,研究D101纯化前后鱼腥草黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。方法:以乙醇溶液为溶剂,结合单因素试验和正交试验优化超声波提取鱼腥草黄酮的提取条件,然后利用大孔树脂对鱼腥草黄酮进行粗纯化,以DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力评价鱼腥草黄酮纯化前后的抗氧化活性。结果:超声波辅助提取鱼腥草黄酮的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶50,乙醇浓度40%,浸提时间60 min,在此条件下鱼腥草黄酮的提取率达4.764%。经D101大孔树脂粗纯化后黄酮的纯度提高了2.59倍,而且纯化后的黄酮对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除能力显著高于纯化前的黄酮。结论:鱼腥草黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,本研究可为鱼腥草的加工利用提供一定的参考价值。 Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata by ultrasonic,and study on the antioxidant activity of before and after purification using D101. Method: Extracting flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata combining single factor with orthogonal test by ultrasonic using ethanol solution as solvent. And then the antioxidant activity of flavonoids was investigated before and after purification with D101 by the scavenging ability of DPPH and ABTS radicals. Result: The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids were the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶50, ethanol concentration of 40% and extraction time of 60 min, herein the extraction yield was 4.764%. The purity of flavonoids was increased by 2.59 times, and the antioxidant activity of flavonoids was improved after purification comparted with unpurified.Conclusion: Flavonoids extracting from Houttuynia cordata possess the good antioxidant activity, which could provide the reference values for processing and utilization of Houttuynia cordata.
