摘要
建立了测定马桑蚕蛹中3种马桑内酯(羟基马桑内酯、马桑宁内酯和马桑亭内酯)残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速分析方法。结果表明,3种马桑内酯相关系数(r)均> 0.992,羟基马桑内酯、马桑宁内酯和马桑亭内酯检出限分别为20μg·kg、20μg·kg和2μg·kg,平均加标回收率为76.6%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~12.6%(n=6)。本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。
A rapid analytical method for the determination of three coriaria lactones(tutin, corianin and coriatin)residues in Coriaria sinica silkworm chrysalis by UPLC-MS/MS was developed. The detection result showed that the correlation coefficients(r) of three coriaria lactones were>0.992. The limits of detection for tutin, ccorianin and coriatin were 20 μg·kg, 20 μg·kgand 2 μg·kg. The average recoveries were 76.6%~94.1%, which the relative standard deviations were 3.6% ~ 12.6%(n=6). The method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate.
