热分析技术在辣椒粉掺假鉴别中的应用研究

摘要 本文针对出口辣椒粉掺假骗退税的违法现象,探究了差示扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)在辣椒粉掺假鉴别中的应用。通过对辣椒粉的DSC谱图进行分析,发现辣椒粉样本在60~600℃内有两个明显的特征放热峰。在此基础上,本研究对4份自制掺假样品和10份查获掺假样品进行分析,结果显示应用DSC分析方法可以实现辣椒粉掺假的快速定性鉴别,可为打击出口辣椒粉掺假骗退税现象提供数据支撑。 The application of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) in the identification of adulteration of chilli powder was researched to prevent the illegal phenomenon of cheating tax rebate. Two obvious characteristic exothermic peaks in the range of 60~600 ℃ was found through analyzing the DSC spectrum of chilli powder. On this basis, 4 self-made adulterated samples and 10 seized adulterated samples was analyzed in this study. The result was shown that DSC analysis method could realize the rapid qualitative identification of adulterated chilli powder, which could provide data support for combating the phenomenon of adulterated export pepper powder cheating tax rebate.
