系统康复治疗对脑卒中恢复期患者的认知和运动功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of systematic rehabilitation therapy on cognitive,motor function and quality of life of stroke patients in recovery period

目的:探讨系统康复治疗对脑卒中恢复期患者的认知功能和运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院2019年1月—2021年2月收治的56例脑卒中恢复期患者,随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取系统康复治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗3个月后简易智力状态量表(MMSE)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数(BI)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分情况。结果:治疗前,两组MMSE、FMA、BBS、BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后,两组MMSE、FMA、BBS、BI评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用系统康复治疗对脑卒中恢复期患者可显著改善其认知、运动、平衡功能,提高患者的日常生活能力以及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation therapy on cognitive function,motor function and quality of life for stroke patients in convalescent period.Methods A total of 56 stroke patients in the convalescent period admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 28 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given systematic rehabilitation treatment.The two groups were compared before intervention and after 3 months of treatment intervention with Mini-Mental State Scale(MMSE),Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA),and Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Barthel Index(BI),and Health Survey Short Form(SF-36).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE,FMA,BBS and BI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the cognitive,motor and balance functions of patients in the convalescent period of stroke,and improve their daily living ability and quality of life.
