精细化管理在失眠障碍患者合理用药中的效果分析

Effect analysis of fine management of medication for insomnia disorder

目的:本文旨在分析第二类精神药品的精细化管理在第二类精神药品合理使用的效果,以规范失眠障碍患者的治疗。方法:抽取四川外国语大学医院HIS系统中旧管理模式(2021年1月—6月)和精细化管理模式(2021年7月—12月)下治疗失眠障碍中使用第二类精神药品的数据,采用Excel对第二类精神药品处方数量、使用频率、患者就医频次等进行精细化管理前后对比分析。结果:精细化管理后,第二类精神药品的处方占比降低42.38%,人均处方降低26.71%,药品使用频率降低7.39%,患者人数减少15.77%,就诊人次减少39.65%,非苯二氮䓬类药物占比增加97.78%。结论:精细化管理对失眠患者合理用药能够起到较好的效果,有利于第二类精神药品合理使用、降低镇静催眠药物滥用的风险,有利于规范失眠障碍的治疗,提高患者的满意度。

Objective The purpose of this study is to standardize the treatment of insomnia disorder,explore the accurate and effective management of class II psychotropic drugs of second refined drugs,promote the rational use of class II psychotropic drugs of second refined drugs,and standardize the treatment of insomnia disorder.Methods The data of class II psychotropic drugs used in the treatment of insomnia disorder under the old management mode(January to June 2021)and the refined management mode(July to December 2021)in the system of Hospital of Sichuan Foreign Studies University were extracted,and the number of prescriptions,frequency of use,and frequency of medical treatment of class II psychotropic drugs were compared and analyzed by Excel.Results After the fine management,the proportion of prescriptions for II psychotropic drugs of second-class refined drugs decreased by 42.38%,the per capita prescriptions decreased by 26.71%,the frequency of drug use decreased by 7.30%,the number of patients decreased by 15.77%,the number of visits decreased by 39.65%,and the proportion of non benzodiazepines increased by 97.78%.Conclusion The refined management can play a precise and effective role,which is conducive to the rational use of the second class psychotropic drugs,reducing the risk of sedative and hypnotic drug abuse,regulating the treatment of insomnia disorders,and improving the satisfaction of patients.
