摘要
导管消融是房颤患者恢复窦性心律的主要治疗方式,持久的肺静脉隔离能减少房颤导管消融术后的复发率。损伤指数(LSI)是一个集消融导管与心肌组织的接触压力(CF)、电流(功率和阻抗)、时间而形成的一个可以量化消融灶体积的参数,在LSI指导下的导管消融可形成稳定可靠、连续透壁的消融损伤。本文主要对LSI在房颤导管消融中的应用进行综述。
Catheter ablation is the main treatment for restoring sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),and durable pulmonary vein isolation can reduce the recurrence rate after catheter ablation of AF.Lesion index(LSI)is a parameter that can quantify the volume of ablation lesions,which is formed by integrating the contact force(CF),current(power and impedance),and time.under the guidance of LSI can form stable and reliable,continuous transmural ablation lesions.This article mainly reviews the application of LSI in catheter ablation of AF.
