赣东北地区寄宿与非寄宿中学生体力活动的调查研究

Investigation on Physical Activity Level of Boarding and Non Boarding Middle School Students in Northeastern Jiangxi Province

为探讨寄宿与非寄宿对中学生体力活动的影响,采用分层随机抽样法,对赣东北地区981名中学生进行问卷调查和佩戴加速度计完成1周的体力活动水平测量,从而发现赣东北地区寄宿与非寄宿中学生体力活动的差异状况。测量数据显示:赣东北地区中学生体力活动水平在学习日寄宿女生高于非寄宿女生,寄宿男生低于非寄宿男生,且3种类型(LPA、MPA、VPA)体力活动水平处于较为平稳的趋势;在周六,寄宿生的体力活动高于非寄宿生,且3种类型(LPA、MPA、VPA)体力活动水平出现下降的走向,而周日又呈现出上升的趋势。据此,为关注国内青少年体力活动的教育专家、家长和政策制定者提供现实依据,便于制定有效的干预措施。

In order to explore the effects of boarding and non boarding on physical activity in middle schools, 981 middle school students in Northeast Jiangxi were randomly selected to wear an accelerometer for one week, so as to find the difference of physical activity level between boarding and non boarding middle school students in Northeast Jiangxi. The measured data show: the physical activity level of boarding girls on school days in Northeast Jiangxi is higher than that of non boarding girls;the physical activity level of boarding boys is lower than that of non boarding boys, and the physical activity level of three types(LPA, MPA and VPA)is in a relatively stable trend;On Saturdays, the physical activity level of boarding students is higher than that of non boarding students,and the physical activity levels of three types(LPA, MPA and VPA)show a downward trend, while on Sundays, they show an upward trend. Therefore, this research provides a practical basis for educational experts, parents and policy makers to promote the popularization of physical activity among adolescents in China, so as to formulate effective intervention measures.
