立德树人视域下创新创业领域的教育发展路径——基于广东省大湾区高校的研究

Educational Development Path in the Field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Moral Education——Based on Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Greater Bay Area

在经济下行、就业压力攀升的大背景下,国家提出的“大众创业,万众创新”战略亟须得到进一步的落实与推进。以广东省大湾区高校为落脚点,探寻立德树人视域下创新创业领域的教育发展情况,发现目前大湾区双创教育存在着快节奏时代下,部分学生功利心较强;双创课课时较少,课程教育体系仍不完善;高校重智育轻德育,考核指标较为单一等问题,导致高校创新创业领域忽视立德树人教育。针对上述问题提出相关的发展和创新路径,旨在能帮助广东地区双创教育更好地开展,达到缓解就业压力,促进经济发展的大目标。

In the context of economic downturn and rising employment pressure,the strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” proposed by the state urgently needs to be further implemented and promoted.Taking colleges and universities in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong Province as the foothold,this paper explores the education development in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspective of moral education,and finds that there is a fast-paced era in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Greater Bay Area,and some students have strong utilitarian heart;there are fewer hours of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and the curriculum education system is still not perfect;colleges and universities attach more importance to intellectual education than moral education,and the assessment indicators are relatively single,which leads to the problem of neglecting moral education in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward relevant development and innovation paths,aiming to help better carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guangdong,alleviate employment pressure and promote economic development.
