随着科学技术的飞速发展,移动互联网成为就业新风口。高校应充分运用互联网及新媒体平台资源,围绕对当前部分精准就业服务问题的解决,充分发挥就业形态下高校精准就业服务的工作优势,改变高校及大学生所处的就业发展被动局面。针对当前精准就业服务存在的问题,高校应通过加强精准就业服务的对外合作、优化精准就业服务视角下的教育新体系、完善精准就业服务的教育保障机制、建立专业化精准就业服务教师队伍、推动高校精准就业服务发展创新等路径,为高校大学生更好地掌握就业发展选择权及提升就业指导的有效性提供有力支撑。
