摘要 教师“长板”培优提升策略是以两个已结题的省级课题为依托,基于“名师工作室”的建模与实践,将其应用于“名师工作室”建设的尝试与研究中,改变了黑龙江省原来采用弥补个体短板的全才培养理念,针对教师培养不再一味追求“短板补差”,而是激励每位教师找到最近发展点,将自身之长发挥到极致,打造省域内、市域内独一无二的“长板”教师,从而辐射整个省域乃至全国。 Based on the modeling and practice of “Famous Teachers’ Studio”,the strategy of cultivating and improving the teachers’ “long board” is based on two provincial projects that have been completed.It is applied to the attempt and research of the construction of “Famous Teachers’ Studio”,which has changed the original concept of all-round training to make up for the shortcomings of individuals in Heilongjiang Province.It is necessary to no longer blindly pursue “short board compensation” for teacher training,but encourage each teacher to find the nearest development point,in order to maximize their own strengths,and create a unique “long board” teacher in the province and the city,and radiate the whole province and even the whole country.
