城市新区学前教育师资队伍现状调查——以X区为例 被引量:2

摘要 学前教育是人生的基础教育,学前教育的质量状态关乎着每个幼儿的身心健康成长,建设一支新时代高质量的教师队伍是学前教育事业发展的关键。随着城市新区X区学前教育的不断发展,其师资队伍建设也面临不少挑战。依据X区的学前教育师资队伍建设现状,调查分析问题的缘由并探究解决问题的策略,建议X区从法律制度保障学前教师合法权益;提高待遇、优化成长环境;提供平台、加强培养培训;集团化办学引领,共建共享优质师资;优化评价体系等方面入手,开创学前教育师资队伍建设的新局面,促进X区学前教育事业可持续高质量发展。 Preschool education is the basic education of life.The quality of preschool education is related to every infant’s physical and mental health.Therefore,constructing a high-quality teacher team is essential to the development of preschool education in the new era.With the continuous development of preschool education in X district of new urban district,the construction of its teaching staff is also facing many challenges.Based on the current situation of the construction of preschool education teachers in X District,this paper investigates and analyzes the causes of the problems,and explores the strategies to solve the problems.It is suggested that X District should protect the legitimate rights and interests of preschool teachers from the perspective of the legal system;improve the treatment,optimize the growth environment;provide a platform to strengthen the training;guide collectivized school-running,co-construct and co-share high-quality teachers;optimize the evaluation system,create the new situation in the construction of preschool education teachers,and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of preschool education in X District.
