摘要
随着互联网的飞速发展,网络直播食品成为食品销售的新生代主力军,同时出现了一系列安全问题。调研发现,当前对网络直播食品的监管工作并未落实,存在着平台不作为、法律法规不健全等诸多问题。对此,本文有针对性地提出监管部门、平台、经营者、消费者和立法部门等社会主体共同参与的对策,为网络直播食品的监管提供了理论依据。
With the rapid development of the Internet,webcast food have become the main force of the new generation of food sales,and a series of safety problems have emerged at the same time.The survey found that the current supervision of webcast food has not been implemented,and there are many difficulties such as platform inaction and imperfect laws and regulations.In this regard,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures from the joint participation of social subjects such as regulatory departments,platforms,operators,consumers and legislative departments,which provides a theoretical basis for the supervision of webcast food.
