食品安全抽样检验是发现和查处食品安全问题,保障食品安全的重要抓手。食品抽样检验报告作为重要的行政执法依据,稍有瑕疵其结论和有效性就可能面临质疑。本文列举了报告审核过程的常见问题及相关要求,并探讨了提升报告质量的方法措施。
Food safety sampling inspection is an important point for discovering and investigating food safety problems and ensuring food safety.The food sampling inspection report is an important basis for administrative law enforcement,and its conclusions and validity may be questioned if it is slightly flawed.This article lists the common problems and related requirements in the report review process,and discusses the methods and measures to improve the report quality.
