With the rapid development of social economy,the government,society,people became interested on food safety.The government has invested a lot of funds,technologies and professionals in food safety inspection to ensure the safety and quality reliability of food flowing into the market and reduce disputes caused by problematic food in the market.Because of the importance of food safety,food testing needs strong professionalism and quality control to ensure the effectiveness of testing.Based on the influencing factors of food testing quality control,this paper makes effective solutions to the problems formed under the influence,and puts forward the key points of quality control,hoping to provide help for relevant inspectors.
