摘要 在社会经济快速发展下,政府、社会、民众对食品安全越发重视,在食品安全检查检验上政府投入了大量资金、技术、专业人才,以此确保流入市场食品的安全和质量可靠性,减少市场上由问题食品引发的纠纷。由于食品安全的重要性,因此食品检测需要较强的专业性和质量控制,才能确保检测的有效性。本文针对食品检测质量控制中影响因素,提出有效解决对策和质量控制要点,希望为相关检测人员提供帮助。 With the rapid development of social economy,the government,society,people became interested on food safety.The government has invested a lot of funds,technologies and professionals in food safety inspection to ensure the safety and quality reliability of food flowing into the market and reduce disputes caused by problematic food in the market.Because of the importance of food safety,food testing needs strong professionalism and quality control to ensure the effectiveness of testing.Based on the influencing factors of food testing quality control,this paper makes effective solutions to the problems formed under the influence,and puts forward the key points of quality control,hoping to provide help for relevant inspectors.
