Determination of Pyrethroid Residues in Egg by QuEChERS & Gas Chromatgraphy-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

本研究通过QuEChERS法前处理提取净化,气相色谱-串联质谱法检测,内标法定量,建立了鸡蛋中15种拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测方法。该方法前处理简便,效率高,检出限和定量限低,准确度和灵敏度高,适用于大批量样品的准确检测,满足食品安全国家标准对蛋类中拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测需求。

A method was developed for the determination of 15 kinds of pyrethroid residues in egg with inner standard based on QuEChERS pre-treatment and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS).The developed method was efficient,accurate,reliable and suitable for rapid screening and determination of pyrethroid residues in egg while it could also meet the requirements of the national food safety standards.
