摘要 目的:研究低GI与低碳水饮食对超重、肥胖症者的减脂效果。方法:纳入2021年3月—2022年3月北京康复医院招募的60例超重或肥胖症者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组仅接受常规减脂建议,研究组则在对照组基础上给予低GI与低碳水饮食干预,干预3个月。对比分析干预前后两组的体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率、肌肉率、血压(舒张压、收缩压)和血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C),以评价干预效果。结果:干预后,对照组BMI、体脂率、肌肉率、血压(舒张压、收缩压)和血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C)与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组BMI、体脂率、收缩压、舒张压、TC、TG、LDL-C均低于干预前和对照组,肌肉率、HDL-C均高于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低GI与低碳水饮食对超重、肥胖症者不仅有减脂效果,而且有降血脂、降血压的效果。 Objective:To study the fat-reducing effect of low-GI low-carbohydrate diet on overweight and obesity.Methods:A total of 60 overweight or obese people recruited by Beijing rehabilitation hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were included as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group only received routine fat loss advice,while the research group was given low-GI and low-carbohydrate diet intervention on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The BMI,body fat percentage,muscle percentage,blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure) and blood lipid indexes (TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C) of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:After the intervention,there was no significant difference in BMI,body fat percentage,muscle percentage,blood pressure (diastolic and systolic blood pressure) and blood lipid indexes (TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C) in the control group compared with those before the intervention (P>0.05).The BMI,body fat percentage,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C in the research group were lower than those before intervention and control group,while muscle percentage and HDL-C were higher than those before intervention and control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The low-GI and low-carbohydrate diet not only has the effect of reducing fat,but also has the effect of lowering blood lipid and blood pressure on overweight and obese people.
