摘要
肥胖对大学生的生活和健康造成了严重影响,为解决肥胖问题,饮食减脂成为当代大学生的重要减脂手段。根据饮食减脂的机体摄入能量小于消耗能量,达到减脂效果的原理,并按照不同营养的摄入控制可区分传统低脂饮食、生酮饮食及高蛋白饮食,本文以生酮饮食为例分析了饮食减脂有显著降低体重、改善血脂水平、加速糖脂代谢的效果及过度生酮饮食会产生的负面影响,以期帮助大学生选择适合自己的饮食减脂方式。
Obesity has caused a serious impact on the life and health of college students.In order to solve the problem of obesity,diet fat reduction has become an important means of fat reduction for contemporary college students.According to the principle that the body’s energy intake is less than the energy expenditure,and the effect of fat reduction can be achieved,and according to the intake control of different nutrients,the traditional low-fat diet,ketogenic diet and high-protein diet can be distinguished.Taking ketogenic diet as an example,this paper analyzes the effects of dietary fat reduction on significantly reducing body weight,improving blood lipid levels,accelerating glucose and lipid metabolism,and the negative effects of excessive ketogenic diet,in order to help college students choose a suitable dietary fat reduction method.
