气相色谱技术在食品安全检测中的运用

摘要 随着社会经济水平的不断发展,人们生活水平随之提升,对食品安全方面的重视程度也逐渐加大。人们食用的蔬菜、茶叶等农产品内农药残留、猪肉内的瘦肉精、白酒中的甲醇含量超标以及奶粉内检查出来的三聚氰胺等食品安全事件的发生,直接威胁到了人们的身体健康与生命安全。因此,食品安全检测技术的应用显得至关重要。本文主要论述了在食品安全检测中对于气相色谱技术的实际应用情况,为相关工作开展提供一定的参考依据。 With the continuous development of social and economic levels,people’s living standards have improved,and the importance of food safety has gradually increased.The occurrence of food safety incidents such as pesticide residues in agricultural products such as vegetables and tea,clenbuterol in pork,methanol content in Baijiu exceeding the standard,and melamine detected in milk powder directly threaten people’s health and life safety.Therefore,the application of food safety detection technology is very important.This paper mainly discusses the practical application of gas chromatography technology in food safety detection,which provides a certain reference basis for related work.
