摘要
目的调查护士遭受工作场所暴力(workplace violence,WPV)及应对资源的现状,并分析其相关性,为降低WPV发生率提供依据。方法2021年2-4月,采用方便抽样法选取江苏省6所三级医院的3985名护士为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、医院工作场所暴力调查问卷修订版、工作场所暴力应对资源量表对其进行调查。结果WPV的发生率为62.26%,应对资源水平得分为65.00(47.00,80.00)分。护士WPV应对资源总分与WPV总体发生率间呈负相关(r=-0.791,P<0.001)。科室、年龄、婚姻状况、医院性质、聘用形式、职务和应对资源水平是影响护士WPV发生的重要因素(均P<0.05)。结论护士WPV发生率较高,其应对资源呈中等水平,应对资源水平与护士WPV发生率密切相关。医院管理者应提高护士应对资源水平,以降低WPV发生率。
Objective To explore the status quo of workplace violence(WPV)and coping resources among nurses,and analyzed its correlation so as to provide evidence for reducing its incidence.Methods From February to April 2021,3985 nurses from 6 tertiary A hospitals in Jiangsu province were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.The questionnaire of general information,the revised version of the questionnaire on WPV,and the WPV coping resources scale were used for the questionnaire survey.Results The overall incidence of WPV in nurses was 62.26%,and the overall score of coping resources was 65.00(47.00,80.00).The overall level and each dimension level of nurses’WPV coping resources were negatively correlated with the overall incidence and various types of WPV(r=-0.791,P<0.001).Department,age,marital status,hospital nature,employment form,position and coping resource level were important influencing factors of nurses’WPV(all P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of WPV in nurses is high,while their coping resources are at a medium level.The level of coping resources affects the incidence of WPV.Hospital managers should take positive measures to improve nurses’WPV coping resources so as to reduce the incidence of WPV.
