摘要
月季的抗旱性对于月季的繁育有着重要作用,为比较3种不同月季的耐旱强弱,选取应用广的3种月季品种“安吉拉”“韧月”和“仙境”,以PEG 6000水溶液模拟干旱环境。设置4个不同浓度(0%、15%、25%、35%)在水培6 h后测定可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶染色和过氧化物酶染色分析。实验将超氧化歧化酶与过氧化物酶活性、相对电导率大小、可溶性糖含量变化和丙二醛含量变化作为比较植物耐旱的生理性指标。最终通过综合比较3种月季的耐旱指标,耐旱分析结果为月季“安吉拉”大于“韧月”大于“仙境”。
The drought resistance of rose(Rosa chinensis)plays an important role in the breeding of roses.In order to compare the drought resistance of three different roses,three widely used rose varieties,"Angela","Hardy Moon"and"Carefree Wonder",were selected and treated to simulate an arid environment with PEG 6000 aqueous solution.Four different concentrations(0%,15%,25%,35%)were set after hydroponic culture for 6 hours to determine the content of soluble sugar,malondialdehyde,relative conductivity,superoxide dismutase staining and peroxidase staining analysis.In the experiment,the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase,relative electrical conductivity,changes in soluble sugar content,and changes in malondialdehyde content were used as physiological indicators to compare plant drought tolerance.Through the analysis based on comprehensive comparison,the drought resistance of the three roses is as follows:"Angela">"Hardy Moon">"Carefree Wonder".
