三种不同土壤微生物初步分析

摘要 通过逐级稀释法对昭阳区天然腐殖土、农耕土和非农耕土微生物种类和数量进行初步研究,并统计出其中的细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量和种类。结果表明,昭阳区天然腐殖土、农耕土和非农耕土中细菌的数量和种类是有显著差异的。在天然腐殖土中细菌的种类和数量明显比农耕土和非农耕土要多。说明天然腐殖土更有利于细菌生长繁殖,真菌和放线菌的生长受限制。经过统计分析,这3种土壤中的细菌数量均高于放线菌和真菌的数量,细菌相对属于优势菌群。昭阳区不同的土壤微生物的区系差异说明植物对于土壤微生物微环境的影响颇大。对于一些板结土壤、待开发的盐碱地、旱地及由于工业化等所造成的大量污染土地在改善时,可以考虑从微生物的重建方面进行考虑。 The species and quantity of microorganisms in natural humus soil,agricultural soil and non-agricultural soil in Zhaoyang District were studied by step-by-step dilution method,and the numbers and species of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi were calculated.The results showed that there were significant differences in the number and species of bacteria in natural humus soil,agricultural soil and non-agricultural soil in Zhaoyang District.The species and number of bacteria in natural humus soil are obviously more than those in agricultural soil and non-agricultural soil.It shows that natural humus soil is more conducive to the growth and reproduction of bacteria,and the growth of fungi and actinomycetes is limited.Through statistical analysis,the number of bacteria in these three kinds of soil is higher than that of actinomycetes and fungi,and bacteria belong to the dominant flora.The floristic differences of different soil microorganisms in Zhaoyang District indicate that plants have a great influence on the soil microbial microenvironment.When improving some consolidated soil,saline-alkali land to be developed,dry land and a large number of polluted land caused by industrialization,we can consider the reconstruction of microorganisms.
