城市更新背景下传统街巷空间优化的探索与实践——以福州讲堂片区老街巷整治提升项目为例

Exploration and Practice of Spatial Optimization of Traditional Streets and Alleys Based on City Renewal——a Case Study of the Project of Old Street Improvement in Jiangtang District, Fuzhou

随着社会经济的不断发展与城市化进程的加速,中国城镇建设受到可建设地域面积不足、土地开发饱和化等条件制约,进入了量化发展的瓶颈,以及存量时代下城市空间质量优化的新阶段。传统街巷,是城市历史文化传承与发扬的关键要素,也是社区居民生活娱乐的重要承载空间。对城市传统街巷的景观面貌进行改造提升,不仅有助于彰显城市的文化底蕴,同时能促进空间的共享利用,是城市更新行动中极具意义的部分。通过对福州讲堂片区老街巷整治提升项目进行设计分析,提出城市老街巷提升的设计要点与策略,以期为今后相关建设项目提供经验借鉴。

With the continuous development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, urban construction in China has reached the bottleneck of quantitative development due to the restriction of the lack of buildable area and the saturation of land development, and has entered a new stage of urban spatial quality optimization in the stock era. Traditional streets and alleys are the key elements of urban historical and cultural inheritance and development, as well as important carrying space for community residents’ life and entertainment. Therefore, the transformation and upgrading of the landscape of traditional urban streets and alleys not only helps to highlight the cultural heritage of the city, but also promotes the sharing and utilization of space, which is of the greatest significance in urban renewal practice. Through the design and analysis of the renovation and upgrading project of old streets and alleys in Jiangtang District, Fuzhou, this paper puts forward the key points and strategies of the design for the transformation and upgrading of the urban old streets and alleys in order to provide experience and models for future related construction projects.
