摘要
《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》实施后,对福建省各类建筑设计均产生较大影响。将《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》与福建省原地方标准做比对,评估新规范实施后,对我省建筑方案创作、施工图设计及项目建设成本的影响,提出各设计阶段的注意事项,为福建省各设计单位执行好新规范提供技术支持。
The implementation of the “General code for energy efficiency and renewable energy application in buildings” has had a great impact on all kinds of architectural designs in Fujian Province.This paper compares “General code for energy efficiency and renewable energy application in buildings” with the original local standards adopted in Fujian Province, and evaluates the influence that the implementation of the new code have on the design of architectural program and construction drawing, and on the project cost in our province.It also puts forward some cautions in different stage of design to provide technical support for the design units in Fujian Province to implement the new code.
