摘要
本文通过梳理农药委托加工及分装相关法律规定并分析委托加工及分装中存在的问题,进而提出完善管理措施的建议。
This paper analyzes the relevant regulations and rules and some issues facing by the contracted formulation and repacking of pesticide, based on which some suggestions are put forward to improve the supervision of the contracted formulation and repacking of pesticide.
