唑啉草酯原药含量测定方法研究

Study on the Method for the Determination of Pinoxaden in TC

建立了高效液相色谱法测定唑啉草酯含量的方法,采用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱,以甲醇/水(75/25)为流动相(每500mL流动相中含0.25g磷酸),检测波长为257nm,唑啉草酯的质量浓度在0~590.79mg/L范围内线性关系良好,其线性相关系数为0.999 8;加标回收率为99.40%~100.75%,变异系数为0.27%。

The content of Pinoxaden in TC was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. A SinoChrom ODS-BP column was used with the mobile phase of methanol/water(75:25 v/v)(containing 0.25 g phosphoric acid/500 mL) and the detection wavelength at 257 nm.The calibration curves showed a good linearity of Pinoxaden in the range of 0~590.79 mg/L, with the correlation coefficients of 0.999 8. The recoveries range of Pinoxaden added were 99.10%~100.75%,with the RSD of 0.27%.
