摘要
为解决曙光煤矿井下高压供电系统故障越级跳闸问题,完善其保护性能,分析了故障越级跳闸的原因,并采用远程光纤纵差保护解决了短路保护存在的问题;采用模式识别法解决某一条线路发生单相接地故障造成的横向误跳闸问题;采用直流支撑方法解决失电压线圈引起的晃电即母线电压瞬间跌落问题;采用欠电压保护延时动作方法解决短时电压跌落造成的误跳闸问题。从而实现曙光煤矿下井电缆联络线、中央变电所、采区1#变电所高爆开关馈出线路故障时选择性跳闸,确保供电安全,减少事故的发生。
In order to solve the problem of“leapfrog tripping”of the fault of the high-voltage power supply system in Shuguang Coal Mine and improve its protection performance,the reasons for the faulty leapfrog trip were analyzed,and the long-distance optical fiber longitudinal differential protection was used to solve the problem of short-circuit protection;the pattern recognition method was used to solve the horizontal“false trip”problem caused by a single-phase ground fault on a line;the DC support method was used to solve the“shake power”caused by the voltage loss coil,that is,the instantaneous drop of the bus voltage;the undervoltage protection delay action method was used to solve the“false trip”problem caused by a short-term voltage drop.In this way,the selective tripping of the feeder line of the high-explosive switch of the Shuguang Coal Mine underground cable tie line,the central substation,and the 1#substation in the mining area can be realized to ensure the safety of power supply and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
