基于专家知识的线路强送智能决策系统

摘要 为使故障线路强送处理决策达到最优,提出了基于专家知识的线路强送智能决策系统,首先对输电线路强送事件进行关联分析,制定强送处置建议;然后基于关联分析建立专家系统,完成对强送分析的支撑,决策专家系统结合收集的故障信息及模糊功能的智能分析,提取有用信息,通过模糊知识规则和推理机调用专家知识库,给出现场故障的强送建议。实际运行结果表明,该系统能较好地满足新形势下调度运行工作发展的需求。 In order to make the optimal decision for the forced transmission processing of faulty lines,this paper proposes an intelligent decision system for forced transmission of lines based on expert knowledge,firstly,correlation analysis of transmission line forced transmission events and formulation of forced transmission disposal suggestions;then,based on correlation analysis,an expert system is established to complete the support for forced transmission analysis,and the decision expert system combines the collected fault information and the intelligent analysis of fuzzy function to extract useful information,and through the fuzzy knowledge rules and reasoning machine,it invokes the expert knowledge base to give the suggestion of forced delivery of field faults.The operation results show that the system can better meet the needs of the development of dispatching operation work under the new situation.
