互联网医院建设影响因素与扩散路径探究——基于TOE框架的模糊集定性比较分析

Exploring the Influencing Factors and Diffusion Path of Internet Hospital Construction—Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on TOE Framework

疫情背景下,互联网医院为患者医疗提供了新途径,但是互联网医院建设的影响因素与扩散路径尚需探究。基于创新扩散理论,在TOE框架的基础上,结合中国公共卫生实际,提出了探索互联网医院建设扩散路径的整合性分析框架,并通过模糊集定性比较分析方法对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)互联网医院建设案例进行组态分析。研究结果表明:技术、组织、环境因素的联动匹配形成驱动高、低互联网医院建设扩散活跃度机制路径各有三条;驱动高互联网医院建设扩散因素中存在潜在替代关系;相对于其他因素而言,信息技术力量对互联网医院建设起到更为重要的支撑作用,政府注意力分配是互联网医院建设扩散的重要促进因素。最后提出相应建议,为我国各地区互联网医院建设提供决策思考。

In the context of the epidemic,Internet hospitals provide new ways for patients medical treatment,but the influencing factors and diffusion paths of Internet hospital construction still need to be explored.Based on the theory of innovation diffusion and the TOE framework,combined with the actual public health in China,an integrative analytical framework for exploring the diffusion path of Internet hospital construction is proposed,and a group analysis of 31 provincial units of Internet hospital construction cases in China is conducted through the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method.The results show that the linkage of technological,organizational,and environmental factors form three paths,each driving high and low Internet hospital construction diffusion activity mechanisms;there are potential substitution relationships among the high-driving factors of Internet hospital construction diffusion;information technology plays a more important supporting role for Internet hospital construction than other factors,and attention allocation is an important facilitating factor for Internet hospital construction diffusion.Finally,corresponding suggestions are proposed to provide decision-making considerations for the construction of Internet hospitals in the provinces of China.
