原油贸易计量交接方式的对比差异及案例分析

Comparative Differences and Case Analysis of Measurement Handover Methods of Crude Oil Trade

目前,石油贸易中的体积量交接方式被越来越多的国家所认同,即国际上以体积量“桶”或“升”作为贸易结算的占大多数。文章依据国际和中国标准,结合实际案例,对比分析在国内外原油贸易交接中采用不同计算方法时导致计量结果的差异,使中国在原油计量交接上,减少不必要的测量和计算环节,进一步提高计量精度,尽量减少计量纠纷。

At present,more and more countries agree on the way of volume transfer in oil trade,that is,the majority of international trade settlements are“barrels”or“liters”of volume.Based on international and domestic standards and combined with practical cases,this paper compares and analyzes the differences in measurement results caused by different calculation methods in the handover of crude oil trade at home and abroad,so as to reduce unnecessary measurement and calculation links,further improve the measurement accuracy and minimize measurement disputes.
