摘要
EO精制塔在空塔开工时后发生EO产品输送后成品罐水含量超标、EO成品罐换热器冻堵现象,文章从系统设计流程出发,详述了冻堵现象、原因判断、验证处理,通过对比分析总结,最终提出优化建议,减少系统返料回炼,提高装置经济效益。
The water content in the f inished product tank of EO ref ining tower exceeds the standard and the heat exchanger of EO f inished product tank is frozen and blocked after the EO product is transported.Starting from the system design process,the article details the freezing and blocking phenomenon,cause judgment,verif ication and treatment,and f inally puts forward optimization suggestions through comparison,analysis and summary,so as to reduce the system return material and improve the economic benef its of the unit.
