摘要
针对压力管道检验中测量效率较低的问题,设计了一种基于STM32单片机、GNSS差分定位的压力管道数据测量系统,使用GNSS差分定位传感器采集经纬度和气压传感器采集气压值,通过STM32单片机的数据处理和变换等,计算出压力管道的长度和高度信息,利用TFT显示屏显示管道走向概况,并通过SD卡记录相关坐标数据,实现了管道关键点数据的准确、快速测量和记录。结果表明,系统运行正常,三维坐标精度在0.2 m的范围内,图像绘制符合管道实际情况。
Aiming at the problems of low measurement eff iciency in pressure pipeline inspection,a pressure pipeline position measurement system based on STM32 and GNSS is designed.The GNSS sensor is used to collect the longitude and latitude,the barometric pressure sensor is used to collect air pressure values.Through the data processing of STM32 chip,the length and height information of the pressure pipeline are calculated,the pipeline direction overview is displayed by the TFT display screen,the relevant coordinate data is write to the SD card.Enables accurate and fast measurement and recording of data.The results show that the system is running normally,the three-dimensional coordinate accuracy is within the range of 0.2 m,and the image conforms to the actual situation of the pipeline.
