摘要
海底管道腐蚀是影响海底管道延寿期的主要因素,考虑到海底管道后期开发生产的要需求,文章对惠州油田某海底油水混输管道进行了腐蚀风险因素的识别和腐蚀原因的分析。通过分析历年监测的海底管道内细菌、CO_(2)和H_(2)S含量以及腐蚀挂片、防垢挂片的数据以及管道的内检测结果,明晰了引起管道腐蚀的因素,得出了管道主要存在细菌腐蚀、CO_(2)/H_(2)S的交替腐蚀及垢下腐蚀。同时,通过模拟分析发现管内油水两相的流型也是影响腐蚀严重程度的重要因素。
Corrosion is the main factor affecting the service life of submarine pipelines.Considering the needs of later development and production,this paper identif ies the corrosion risk factors and analyzes the corrosion causes of a submarine oil-water mixed transmission pipeline in Huizhou oilf ield.According to the monitored data of the contents of bacteria,CO_(2) and H_(2)S in the submarine pipeline and the data of corrosion coupon,anti-scaling coupon and the internal detection results,the factors causing pipeline corrosion are clarif ied.It is concluded that the corrosion of the pipeline mainly consists of bacterial corrosion,alternating corrosion of CO_(2)/H_(2)S and under-deposit corrosion.Additionally,it is numerically found that the corrosion is closely related to the flow regime of oil-water flow.
