摘要
某公司年产50万吨合成氨装置氨合成塔催化剂使用Amomax-10/10H型,正常生产时,合成气压缩机入口总氧当量要求小于5 mL/m3,由于系统开、停车过程中会把一些含有氧化物的气体带进合成系统,有时设备发生内漏,造成含有毒物的气体进入合成系统,致使合成催化剂缓慢中毒。文章对氨合成催化中毒的原因进行分析,介绍了氨合成催化中毒的处理方法,以提供同类装置借鉴。
Amomax-10/10H type catalyst is used for ammonia synthesis tower of a company’s 500000 t/a synthetic ammonia plant.During normal production,the total oxygen equivalent at the inlet of the synthetic gas compressor is required to be less than 5 mL/m3.Since some gases containing oxides will be brought into the synthesis system during the startup and shutdown of the system,sometimes the equipment will leak,causing gases containing toxicants to enter the synthesis system,causing slow poisoning of the synthesis catalyst.This paper analyzes the causes of ammonia synthesis catalytic poisoning,and introduces the treatment methods of ammonia synthesis catalytic poisoning,which can be used for reference by similar units.
