摘要 “智能制造”已成中国制造业转型的主攻方向,是实现《中国制造2025》国家战略的重要抓手。智能制造虚拟仿真实验课程以虚拟现实(VR)技术为基础,将智能制造实际生产过程与虚拟仿真相结合,实现三维(3D)仿真教学。通过“虚拟+实物”的数字化双胞胎教学模式,在实验课程教学方法、教学内容、教学手段等方面,提出切实有效的课程实施方案,完善教学体系、深化教学改革,满足新工科背景下高校培养智能制造等相关专业高素质人才的需求。 Intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction of China’s manufacturing transformation,which is of utmost importance for the national strategy of“Made in China 2025”.The virtual simulation experimental course of intelligent manufacturing,based on the virtual reality(VR)technology,can realize the three-dimensional(3D)simulation teaching by combining the actual production process of intelligent manufacturing with virtual simulation.Based on twin teaching mode of“virtual+physical”,a new practical and effective course schemes is proposed in terms of experimental teaching methods,teaching contents and teaching approaches,which not only improves the teaching system and deepens teaching reform but also meets the needs of colleges and universities to cultivate highquality talents in intellectual manufacturing major and other related majors under the background of new engineering.
