在新消费背景下探索推进我国运动休闲业健康发展的实践路径具有重要的现实意义和政策价值。论文采用文献资料法、综合分析法等方法,剖析了运动休闲的内涵、特点、实质与功能,阐述了制约我国运动休闲业发展的因素。研究认为,运动休闲将创造一种生活模式,创造一种城市发展模式,创造一种经济增长模式;欲推进我国运动休闲业的发展,须整合与提升运动休闲业的产业价值链,发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,发挥政府在运动休闲业发展中的引导性作用,发挥资本在运动休闲业发展中的积极性作用。

In the context of new consumption,it is of practical significance and of policy value to explore the practical path of promoting the healthy development of leisure sports industry.This paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics,essence and function of leisure sports,and describes the restricting factors.Research shows that leisure sports can create a way of life,a mode of urban development and a pattern of economic growth.To promote its development,it is necessary to integrate and enhance the industrial chain of leisure sports and make the market play the decisive role in resource allocation.The government should play the guiding role in the development of leisure sports.Capital should play the positive role of in the development of leisure sports industry.
